Gathered within days of your delivery. Grocery eggs can legally be weeks old before they reach the shelf — ours never are. Never more than days from the nest to your door.
That's the plan, actually. Your first delivery comes with a reusable insulated Bethel River porch bag; the driver tucks your eggs inside and they stay cool until you're home.
Yes — skip up to 2 consecutive weeks right from your account, as often as your travel calls for (one pause at a time). Skipped weeks come back to you as store credit. Changes lock 48 hours before your delivery day so we can pack the truck right.
We gently wash and chill every egg on the farm the day it's gathered, per Texas licensing requirements — then straight into refrigeration until it's on your porch.
Many of our members are sensitive to soy, which can carry through into eggs. Our certified organic feed is completely soy-free — better for sensitive families, and we think the yolks taste richer for it.
Farming that leaves the land better every season. Our hens follow the cattle across the pasture in mobile coops: the cows graze, the hens sanitize and fertilize, the grass comes back thicker, and the soil grows deeper. No synthetic anything.
